Why can't I see my bill on ATT.com?
I receive Directv only...no ATT services. Your website directs me to sign in at ATT.com to view my bill. When I sign in at Att.com, it automatically opens to Directv.com...which states that I must sign in to Att.com. There is no place that I can view my bill. What is wrong with your websites?

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new company is moving billing to them along with the website so you should try another way to pay the bill.

Right there are major issues accessing billing, account info, and equipment info as your account is being transferred over to the DIRECTV side. I’ve talked to folks who have had this issue.

@shannon02 I have pay deducted from a card automatically, so that isn't the problem. I wanted to see what my next monthly bill was going to be for my package (I had heard a friend whose package cost jumped astronomically). I guess the only other way to check what the future cost is going to be is to "CALL" them directly and ask. They need to get their ITT people on this problem...totally unacceptable IMHO!

Most likely the annual price increase but generally less then $10. A big increase is most likely their first year discount ended and they are now paying the full price.

Same here, we have DirecTV and it’s been like 4 months of not being able to see our bill. This is completely unacceptable. I can’t see what I am being charged.
If there’s migration issues… all customers should be sent paper invoices for FREE until it’s fixed. We have a newborn - we don’t have time to call in every month to talk to someone overseas to read us all our charges.
FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
