What is going on

I just signed up for DIRECTV streaming online it said 0.00 due today and I would be billed $79 in 30days but charged have been attempted for the past few days and I’ve only had the service since the 23rd and I just brought my phone to att wireless I couldn’t even tell you what’s going on with that it’s been a (Edited per community guidelines) of a past 5days

Hi, @nina83ross. If you signed up for DIRECTV via Internet service, the billing begins when you activate the service by streaming on a TV via the Gemini device or the DIRECTV App, or on the 15th day after signing up, whichever comes first. We apologize for any confusion and hope this helps.
