What is going on? Genesis???

Ok, I’m up for it ; however, when I asked if they will continue to offer a channel (like Bally’s) where I can watch Dallas Stars play, I get a “sure.l?”  But “no guarantee.”  Ok, you want me to commit to you for 12 months, but you cannot commit to me that your programming will include the Dallas Stars (main reason I’m with DTV to begin with)?  Why should I commit???? If I pay $, I should get a guarantee. This isn’t gambling - this is life/commitment!!!!! (Edited per community guidelines) is wrong with this world! And to start with, the original call ended up somewhere where English isn’t their first language, and when asked where they’re located, I get the “we’re not allowed to disclose…” (Edited per community guidelines).
