Did your original DIRECTV work order (emailed to you) include details to redeem a gift card? If not, the work order was not setup properly and you may not be entitled to a gift card/credit. Please call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and ask to speak with the billing department by saying ‘billing’. They should be able to check the status of your work order and possibly include the gift card that you were promised originally. If not, you could try a BBB complaint but us on here are customers like you so we wouldn’t be able to assist with this.
