Received PM, while waiting for assistance during conversation, I was disconnected, they asked if I had received a previous E-Mail from a Forum community rep. and I replied yes, from Jerald, after that, there was no response! How frustrating!!!!!!

I was just told they are unable to see any NFL Sunday Ticket Reward through my account...looks like another class action lawsuit coming down the pike for DIRECTV,  just not the same since AT@T entered the picture! I have all my proof that I signed up for NFL Sunday Ticket and fulfilled all the requirements for $200.00 Visa Card. I guess it's time to put my recently purchased prepaid legal plan to the test!!! Per the terms of the TOS you are limited to binding arbitration.  AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner are handling the day to day operations. DTV lost the broadcast rights to NFL Sunday Ticket to Youtube.
