Two Directv accounts set up at one address
In October/2022 we cancelled our Directv service at Lynchburg TN that we had established for many years. In December/2022 we found another withdraw from our credit card. When we contacted ATT we were informed there was a Directv Business account set up at Lynchburg TN in on April 27,2019 that we were unaware existed. To the best of our knowledge we never received a monthly statement for a business Directv account, if we had we would have immediately contacted ATT or Directv to correct their mistake.
We know we had one Directv subscription that we owed and paid. But from APRIL/2019 to OCT/2022 we paid for two subscriptions at 1 address with 1 dish and 1 receiver.
Since Jan/2023 we been contacting ATT and Directv Business to try and receive a refund for one of the accounts but we cannot get either one to communicate with each other or get a return response.
Directv Business and ATT both recognize that each withdrew monthly from our credit card accounts at Lynchburg TN until we cancelled both accounts.
Directv Business and ATT both admit [according to their policy], they cannot setup two separate services at one address.

We are retired and that was the reason we cancelled our original service because of the high expense.
Please give us some advice on what our options are at this time.
