Told outdated DirecTV equipment but given DIRECTV STREAM instead.
Absolutely awful service. To start an associate told us our current directv service was outdated so they sent us a new one. Turns out this was directv streaming. We’ve had it for three months and it was stopped working 7 times. We have wasted our time four hours on hold and then hours going back and forth with representatives who temporarily fix the issue only foe the service to break down again 3 days later.
