After some of the worst customer service ever (3 tech appointment over a week, all confirmed, time taken off work, wages lost and no one showed up or called, I had to threaten to cancel my account to get my problem elevated out of the call center) I had one of the best tech visits ever.  Nelson, Tech Number MAVA987152 came in on time, trouble shooted the problem incessantly, working until it was solved.  Nelson is the consummate professional and is the ONLY reason I am still with Directv.
