TCONNECT LLC, DIRECTV involved

Was dupped by TCONNECT LLC for $300 for my DIRECTV.  Now for the individual to know my checking account number, in my opinion reading these articles, this has to be an employee working in DIRECTV.  So after paying DIRECTV $300 to get caught up with my 2 monthly payments that were never made, they didn't want to even hear anything about someone working on the inside of their company being involved.  I have to take this higher, starting with BBB and after that with the State's Attorney's Office.  I consider myself an intelligent woman but can't believe I fell for a 3rd party payee because it was cheaper on my monthly payments.  Someone has to answer to this!
