still getting charged for hbo max,stars,showtime and Cinemax
ive had them removed over 4 months ago and im still being charged every month for them. they were removed from the tv were you cant watch them but not from the bill.ive been calling every month and they keep saying they were removed or did remove them or there some error but always shows back up next month.is there a different number i can call that might be able to help better or someone i can message?

1-800-531-5000 is the number DTV has had since they started.

Then you can try filing a BBB complaint that kicks it to corporate.

just got the new bill and they did it again.now there saying there nothing they can do since the maximum number of credit has been applied.
