Still being Billed
We CX Directv of ONE of two separate Directv accounts. We currently kept Directv Stream Acct
The ONE Directv Account we cancelled 3 months ago continues billing $116.67/month on credit card automatically. After several phone calls with Directv Support to cancel and stop service for this ONE Acct With extensive discussion they confirmed cancellation of this ONE Acct and figured out our refund, we paid the cancellation fee and etc and thought it was DONE ! The Direct service Rep ASSURED that it was taken care of it.
Still being monthly billing payment/ mo PLEASE HELP!
