Statements being sent to old email
I've been with Direct Tv since 2014. We changed emails a few years ago. We dropped Direct Tv this summer and decided to pick it back up. Even though my email is correct in my profile and verified on the phone with a direct tv csa...I'm still getting statements sent to the Wrong email address. Luckily I have access to that account, but I don't check it often.
How can we get Direct Tv to go in our profile and make sure all OLD contact info is deleted?
