Someone opened a direct tv with my address
Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I noticed that I kept getting mail from DirectTV for a person that doesn't live here. I have lived here for the past 3 and half years, and never had directv. I called them, and they said I have to fill out an identity theft claim and file a police report; however, my identity has not been stolen and I can't file a fake police report. They said they can't do anything for me. What can I do? Thanks for the help.
