Show time rebate

I signed up for Show Time at an increased cost.  After 3 months I was to get a $75 rebate.  The rebate site says an email with payment was issued. I received no email.  Spoke with a direct TV rep who gave me a phone for the rebate team.  800-288-9983.  They said they don't handle Show Time rebates and gave me another number.  866-789-3246.  When I call that number there's a message that says, "message 600 ATF reserved."  I called the 800 number back and was told to keep trying that they've had trouble with that number.  This feels scammy.  Has anyone experienced this?
