Secure key for outlook

I still use xxx@bellsouth.net email account on outlook. It stopped syncing. In the past I use to be able to log in to att.com and create a secure key to fix this but not anymore. I used to have wireless/wifi/directv, I dropped the first two. Now when I log in to my att.com account it goes to "Directv" and I cant get to 'profile' to get the secure key. Is there any way around this? Or who do I call, what is the phone number

Hello, we know having access to our app is key to enjoy the best of our content. Please follow these steps to reset your password and fix the sync issue. 

• On the Sign in to DIRECTV page, select Forgot Password?.
• Enter your User ID and Last name and select Continue.
• We’ll email you a temporary password. Copy and paste your temporary password in the entry field and select Continue.
• Enter a new password and confirm it.
• Select Continue.

Well, I had changed the password but didn't help, also tried setting a new ATT account but didn't let me, it said I was already setup. Apparently because Directv and ATT separated, and my email is no longer tied to any ATT product it was diverted to solely have access to Directv. Looks like accounts like mine will be locked out of MS Outlook. Now, even though I don't like it, I was able to setup my xxx@bellsouth.net account on the MS Mail app and it is working fine, it doesn't require a secure key.
