RSN on Ballys Sports App
I have the RSN for my regional area but when I try to watch the Cleveland cavs on ballys sports app I now get the error “your cable provider has indicated that you do not have access to this content. Please contact your cable provider to confirm your subscription details” I was able to watch games just a few days ago now it’s not working. This is all going through Apple TV btw. Thanks for any support as this is beyond frustrating

This issue is usually resolved with some basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Reinstall the DIRECTV App.
2. Restart your Streaming device.

thank you for that recommendation. This did not unfortunately resolve my issue. You can only watch the Cleveland Cavs games on the Bally Sports App which confirms my pay service by asking for my Directv username and password. This has worked all last year and up until two weeks ago. I used to pay separately for the RSN now its included in the choice package I have. The Bally app keeps saying my provider states I don't have access to this content. The channels don't work on the TV either. It appears I'm not getting the RSN channels I pay for. They have refreshed the box several times to no avail. This is beyond frustrating as I'm paying for those channels and they don't work.
