Reward NOT Available
I signed up online for DirecTv Satelite. Installation was in early January (according to Customer Service). I have yet to receive any information on my $200 reward call. The Customer "Care" agent says there were no reward available at that time. I am absolutely sure that there was a $200 new customer reward available at the time. How do I go about getting this promised reward?

If the reward wasn't part of the original order nothing will make you eligible for after installation and activation, check your email confirmation to see if it was part of the order to begin with, if it's not on the order, then you will never get it
