Reward Card
It has been about 2 months since my last post, still have not received Reward Card and don't expect to, such a SCAM! As I stated before, I completed ALL requirements and will soon cancel my Direct TV service after many many years of being a loyal customer. I have been patient and waited for at least some sort of a response from them...and after 2 months,..still nothing! Plain and simple...they just don't give a (Edited per community guidelines)! I have seen in many past post responses, that they claimed to have attempted to remedy customers problems...I don't believe it for a minute!!! Good luck to all the poor future customers of this "Rattled" Reward Card program!!!

Why were you promised a Reward Card, for what reason? Usually these are only given to new customers upon signup, not a customer like you who has been loyal for years.
Also, where did you see this Reward Card offering originally?

Now that I see your prior post from a while ago, it appears you USED to be a subscriber, cancelled, and then signed up again to get the $200 Visa Gift Card. So, your years of being a subscriber wouldn't have been a factor here given that you are a new subscriber.
If you still haven't received your Gift Card, file a BBB complaint. As this is a public forum of other customers we cannot help you with getting your Visa gift card
