Reset Passcode for phone bill paying

Your title states ‘phone bill.’ Are you referring to AT&T phone services?  In any event, you’ll need to call in and ask for the account security department in order to make changes to your four digit passcode, granted that you cannot change it online by logging into your account and hovering under ‘My Profile’ to see possible changes there.
