Why were you without service? Unless it is Directv’s fault, getting credit isn’t likely. Service out because you are waiting on a replacement receiver I would expect to get credit but service out because of an issue with your dish, perhaps not.
Thank you both for your responses. The storm apparently caused a very slight movement of the dish, they said caused by the vibration from strong winds. It took 22 days to get a Tech out. Not sure if that qualifies for credit. Appreciate your input.

You would need to call and talk to customer service as they are the only ones that can help you with that issue as we are all just customers here.
