Refund

Waiting for a refund since August 2023. I paid $144.12 thinking it was my last bill for disconnection however it was not it was for equipment supposedly not return but I did return it July 19th. Have spoke with approximately 6 or 7 different support team they all agreed yes it was received. Where is my refund?  I need my money please !  Thank you
