Whether suspended for the past due, or left it go longer to reach a full non-pay disconnect, you have to pay your entire balance to date.

If you are suspended for past due, you must pay the entire balance (so bill plus charges to date) to restore it.

However, if suspended for too long it moves to a non-pay disconnect then it might include an early cancellation fee (if you had time left on a service agreement) or any non-return fees depending on boxes you have. In this situation you pay the entire balance minus the ECF and NRF (as service no longer canceled and equipment is still in use). There is usually a $20 restore fee as well at this point.
