Received my reward card can’t activate

I received my directv visa rewards card in the mail today. So when I go to activate it by phone it keeps saying the 3 digit cvv code is incorrect. Ok now… so I go online try to activate and it says there is an issue with my card and can’t activate. I just received this card. One of the reasons for switching from dish to directv was the promo of $400 gift card. Now it’s ironically not activating? Come on now directv. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
