Promotional reward card
I just got off the phone with customer service about not receiving the promotional reward card for signing up for service. I have never received the card or an email... No information. The representative told me that an email was sent and was never redeemed and is now expired as of December. I have every email from DirecTV. I even created a new email account just for DirecTV emails. I never received the reward card email. The representative said can't do anything. This is not how you keep customers DirecTV. Is there anything that can be done other than dropping the service when my contract is up? I actually like the service.... It's the customer service that is going to make me leave.

I understand that rewards can't be claimed after they are expired.... My issue is I never received the email notifying me of the reward card. I can't claim something that I wasn't notified that existed. I just take your word for it that it was sent and that's that.... How many other customers do you do this to?

The email is sent to the email address on file. The easiest way to check your Reward Card eligibility and status is through this link. This includes the date when the email was sent and when the card expires. If you need further assistance, contact us at customer service.
