Prepaid card

I haven’t gotten a notice by mail or email regarding the $100 Visa gift card reward. It’s been two months since I activated. Is this typical?

Activation and redemption instructions should have been provided. We're customers like you, so you'll need to call DirecTV about this. Phone numbers below.

The link works but I don’t have a claim number since I never received a Reward Notification Email/Letter. I called Customer Service last month but they didn’t resolve my issue:
