Payment to Directv that they say they cannot locate

Please research the payment that I made on June 20, 2023.  Check for $156.84, payment went through on 6/20/23: cashed by AT & T services,  I have received emails regarding my payment for the next month that has not been paid.  And of course the reason is that two payments of $156.84 were received.  The first one went through and was received on 6/16/23.     

HELP!!!
