pay bill
I have been trying for an hour to pay my bill on line now and it keeps redirecting me. Grrrr

A constant redirection sounds like a common issue from the unified login.
First do the normal of clearing cache/cookies and trying another browser. Make sure on an actual computer, not app or mobile (smart phone or tablet). Try resetting the login, making sure that if you have AT&T services that the login is different (specifically a different email).
If that fails, call DirecTV to reset the online profile completely so you can setup the login like the very first time. Be aware not all agents seem to be able to do this, so if that fails, a BBB complaint to push it to the corporate level may be needed.
Don't forget there are other ways to pay if needed.

Similar issue here. Cannot log into DirecTV account. Select to have a password reset, and it takes me to AT&T, which is now a separate entity, making it impossible to reset the DirecTV account password. Weirdly my saved old password does work here on the forum, but only here.
