Password reset Not Working

I have called and no one is willing to help. I have been told more than once that the problem needs to be escalated and I will get a call back in a few mins. after 2 hours I call and i am told the guy who can help me has gone home. I can reset my password but as soon as i try to log back in I am prompted error code 201 that my id and password don't match. I had direct tv send me my user ID and copied and pasted it and used the new password ii created and nothing works.
