paperless billing

Why do you keep switching me to Paperless billing when I never sign up for it? Then when my PMT. is late you charge me a late fee. I DON'T WANT PAPERLESS BILLING, NEVER SIGNED UP FOR PAPERLESS BILLING, STOP SWITCHING ME TO PAPERLESS BILLING.                     ( PLACE THIS IN MY FILE IN CASE THERE IS ANY CONFUSION IN THE FUTURE).

This forum is not customer support. Nothing will get placed in any file from posting here. I have no idea why you keep getting switched to paperless billing but no one here can stop it. Paperless billing or not, your due date is the same every month. Set yourself a reminder if you can’t trust getting the paper bill.

if you have dtv streaming, paperless billing is the ONLY option for that service. If you have DTV satellite, paperless billing is an OPTION and you can can call and have that option removed or you can change that option online yourself as well

Has anyone stopped getting paperless billing emails? I'm still receiving promotional, order confirmation, etc., emails. But had to stop paperless and request bill to be mailed to me. Unable to view bills in account or myatt app, anyone else?
