Package changes - page will not display text/data on what package I have.

I have tried since Sunday 10/2/2022 accessing https://www.directv.com/accounts/satellite/packages

When I go to this page it never displays text. It always stays looking like the screen shot below.

I have attempted this using different browsers and on different computers and it never displays my packages.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

You are the only one with that login issue. Try refreshing browser cache/history, turning off VPNs, antivirus, and other malware programs, using a different browser, or using a different device. Can you, for example, watch the DIRECTV app on your mobile devices fine?

Well, just because no one else has responded saying they are also having this issue doesn't mean I am the only one having this issue.

It does not work from any of the mobile devices using the app, different computer or browsers I have tried. No firewall or any other "blocking" software are a factor.

There is some unknown account issue which can only be resolved by a call to DirecTV.

It doesn't work on my computer either; I get the same result. I've tried multiple computers multiple browsers and disabled AdBlock and Antivirus. The site is broken. The reason no one complains about this problem is because you need a separate DTV Forum account to post and it's too much trouble to create that account.

Same problem here.  The only area I can access on my Directv account page is the pay page.  Can't see my package details.  Can't see or manage my devices online.  Can't make any changes to my account online.  I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted computer, tried a different browser, talked to five different people on the chat feature and the page still won't load.  And yes, like the 20 year DTV customer who also commented, it's a pain in the butt to have to create another login just to ask a question or comment about this service.
