Over charged billing
Hello I have been on the phone today every since 8:00 and I’m still on hold with the 7th representative. I normally pay 250.00 a month for my bill. My service has been interrupted. Direct tv is trying to tell me owe them $1,500!That is impossible! If I was that much behind you would have been suspended my services. Every time I get a representative they tell me yes, this is a billing error. And the representative would tell me they are going to transfer me to billing. Can someone please help me get this straightened out? So that I can enjoy my services. I have never had this type of run around in my lift.
