One doubt about "Telemundo East" and "Telemundo West"

What channels are "Telemundo East" and "Telemundo West"? I am not referring to the Dial number, but to which Telemundo station they belong. As I imagine you know, there are several Telemundo stations around the US, for example Telemundo 47 (NY), 52 (LA) or 51 (Miami) and also has another stations on Chicago, Tucsonand Puerto Rico. My question is whether both channels belong to a specific station or if they are a kind of compilation of the best of their programming, so to speak. Thank you very much.
