No Directv email contact address - are you hiding from customers?
Why don't you have an email contact address?
Get espn, like the rest of America. I am a loyal customer, yet you do not accept emails. What is this 1950? You hiding from your customers?
Weak.

Hi @lonobird. DIRECTV understands your frustration in losing programming and wants you to know we are working diligently to get your content back as soon as possible. Also, DIRECTV does not do and have support over email. The only available support is through live chat on their website (directv.com) or by calling in.

@lonobird
You want official help than you talk with a live person in real-time. There is the live chat on the website, but I wouldn't suggest it as that is not main support (information provided is questionable).
Disney owns ESPN. They are holding out hoping to have DirecTV cave to their demands. Any increase in cost means our bills will go up even more, just like any other company in America.
Your being a "loyal customer" has no bearing on them not having an email option. Time to deal with reality.

DTV started in the 90s when internet meant dial up 56k modems and in some cases it was an acoustical modem where you put the phone handset into it, since they are a satellite service provider they set it up to not require any internet. They set up phone call centers and haven't change how you contact them.

From what I have heard...
Customers in states where the ACC does NOT have a team pay something like 25 cents for ACC Network.
Customers in states where the ACC DOES have a team pay something like $1.30 for ACC Network.
That's not in/near those universities, but anyone, anywhere within that state. If people haven't been paying attention, over the summer, the ACC expanded to include California and Texas.
That's over 69,000,000 residents. Assuming just 3,000,000 of them are customers of DirecTV, DirecTV Stream and ESPN, that's $3,150,000 more per month.
I can't believe Disney thinks these people are all overnight ACC fans. (Clearly they must, as they're wanting California and Texas residents to pay the same rate for ACC Network as residents of South Carolina, Florida and Virginia.)
I do agree it's crummy that they're holding the rest of us hostage.
