New Service

I tried to start new service but was told I need to settle a Directv bill. I contacted Directv and they cannot provide any information because it is in collections. I contacted this collection company and they are unable to provide any information on how or why I owe Directv. They can only provide an amount of almost 642 dollars but no reason as to why I do. Its been 5 plus years since I've had directv and I've returned all equipment. This does not show on my credit report as a collection but At&t internal system believes that I do. I am looking to port my 4 numbers over to At&t if I can get this resolved.

When DTVhelp sends a DM/PM a box with lines in it appears at the top of this page near the bell icon when you are logged in.
