New charges appearing on my bill

I received an email stating my Directv was increasing by+11.14.  I called to inquiry about the increase and I encountered a very rude, guy named Nathan, i asked for a manager.  He stated all manager were busy and he would have a manager call me back, 1+ hours have passed nothing, no return call.

Why has directv employed these rude individuals?  I need help understanding the increase in charges

Most likely the annual price increase, DTV like most companies is short staffed so either a new hire that will not be around much longer or burned out old employee.

Go login to your online account at DIRECTV.com. Once logged in, go to Billing & Payments. Scroll down to check what the $11 increase was. If nothing shows, I bet it is the simple increase in packages. Recently in January DIRECTV initiated their annual price increase. What programming package do you have? 
You should next time call DIRECTV ( satellite number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot to be sent to the right department. Otherwise, you’ll bounce between several agents who don’t have the best access to your bill or programming.
