Need help with claim for property damage from AT & T/Direct Tv installation
I have filed a claim with AT&T over property damage caused by a Direct TV installer. They responded promptly and I forwarded the information requested. They sent an incorrect release and I asked for a correction. Been a month now and I cannot get anyone to respond to phone calls and Emails. Any assistance would be great!

Since this is a public forum full of customers we cannot assist with account-specific issues. However, I suggest you file a BBB complaint as that should get things going.
