My monthly bill get higher every month

My monthly bill gets higher every month. I signed a contract to get a certain rate for 1 year. Is this happening to anyone else? I have called them several times and they tell me they will credit my account and they NEVER do. What can I say or do to DirectTV to prevent my bill from changing monthly? So frustrated!! I am considering changing companies after my contract is up if they don't stop this. Any tips or help?

DTV only raises the rate at the beginning of the year so you need to check you bills to see what is happening.

My bill increased $36.75 this month and I only have 2 tv’s and only subscribe to HBO. Sick of this and have had Directv go over 9 years. I’m going to check into another service.

It’s best to start a new post. Include in it what you actually see on your PHYSICAL bill for this $36.50 charge. Additionally, include what package you currently have and how long you have been subscribing.
