motorhome

was going to get service in my motorhome in Texas, but the service tech never showed...  so I went another route,  dish,  pay by the month.  Now I am getting billed for a service I never got.  Called customer service, and after what seemed like an hour on the phone, the rep didn't know how to fix it,  as I have DirecTV in Michigan that is on seasonal shutdown till April.  I am so pizzed...

If the service tech never showed to install your service then it definitely should not have been automatically activated. Call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘cancel’ to the robot to be sent to the right agent that can assist. If a solution isn’t met, you go with a BBB complaint.

DTV doesn't service RVs unless they are permanently parked, RV dealers do.
