MAX Streamng

How do I get help with my MAX Streaming.  I subscribe to HBOmax thru DirecTV.  My HBOmax streaming worked fine then in May when the service switched to MAX Streaming I downloaded the new APP and installed it and connected to my provider and it worked fine.  Then around June 7th it quit working.  I then called Customer Support   at DirecTV & MAX to try and resolve it.  MAX after 2 calls said both times that DirecTV had me terminated in MAX’s system and I need to call DirecTV to resolve the problem.  DirecTV after many calls finally said they would escalate the problem and somebody would contact me in 1 to 7 days, after 14 days and having heard nothing, I called again, got the same run around about the escalated problem.  This is no way to do business.  I would truly like some help with this problem from somebody that has the knowledge to solve this problem.

I have 2 AppleTV boxes, I’ve tried on both, I even removed the app and reinstalled it, with no help.  I then tried installing the app on my iPad it does the same thing.  When u start the app and login to MAX and then select connect to provider.  I then enter my userid and password verify the password and select sign in, it thinks for a few seconds then takes me back to were I started. When I contacted MAX support they tell me DirecTV have me marked as terminated in MAX’s system even though I subscribe thru DirecTV.
