Max App on Computer, Phone and Apple TV

Hi, I have DirecTV Premier and have been unable to sign in to the Max App on any of my devices for the past several days. I used to be able to sign in with DirecTV as my provider using my DirecTV sign in information. Now the screen asks for my AT&T username and password. It doesn't matter since any one I use I end up getting a screen that says my subscription can't be verified. At one point I was told to change my AT&T password, sign out, sign back in and then try signing in to Max, that hasn't worked. Then I was told it was a known issue and was being worked on, that was several days ago, and I still can't sign in.

Several posts about this in the past couple of weeks. DirecTV claims to be working on it.

I've tried reaching out to @DirecTVhelp, who directed me to DM @AT&Thelp, who then told me to go to @DirecTVhelp...it's like being stuck in an infinite loop...
