Manage Packages Online Doesnt Work

While trying to view and manage the programming package I have in my subscription, the webpage doesnt work. It just stays grey and is stuck at loading something. Its definitely a problem with the webapp, javascript etc and its existed for MONTHS. 

I also see that others on this board have experienced a similar problem as well. 

Ive tried on both Mac and Windows, using every browser known to man, ffox, chrome, Brave, Opera, Safari and the problem exists on every browser, on both operating systems. 

Are things at Directv THAT bad that you can get your programmers to fix the issue????

Now instead of doing things myself in an instant, I have to budget an hour of my time dealing with a call to some DTV call center, struggling to interpret broken english.
