Hi, @cousindave. We appreciate your interest in these XTRA and PREFERRED XTRA packages. The XTRA package is still available to our existing grandfathered DIRECTV STREAM contract customers, DIRECTV Satellite, at rack rate online and for Winback offers. However, this is not available for new DIRECTV STREAM customers. The PREFERRED XTRA plan is exclusive only to our existing DIRECTV Satellite customers.
