There is no error message. The page just won't load.

Thank you for sharing this. Have you attempted to delete, reinstall the DIRECTV App and clear the website browser cache? Alternatively, you could experiment with a different browser and private window. Please inform us if any of these solutions prove effective. Have you ensured that you are not connected to a VPN, that ad-blockers are turned off, etc? Also, try using a different browser, different device, or try accessing the website over a cellular connection rather than your home Wi-Fi.

Are you able to access the DIRECTV login site to put your information in? When exactly does the site become unresponsive (at what point of the log in process) ?

Please let us know the type of device you're using to access your online account. Have you tried using a different device? We don't have a widespread issue related to this matter and would like to investigate this further.

I'm having the same issue. The only page that won't load is the manage my programming page. All of the other pages load. I have used 2 different browsers on my windows computer plus my iPad and iPhone.

I don't want to be a dead horse, but I tried three different popular browsers, and the section where it says "manage my package' won't load up. I'll just be resigned to have an unmanageable account, and just suffer in silence.

I had that problem till I changed browsers. used DuckDuckGo browser. Usually for me, chrome or duckduckgo browsers work when others seem to block pages.
