I've been a Direct TV customer for over 20 years!!!

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years!! Dish keeps sending me offers to switch over to them!! Dish is offering me a $500.00 dollar cash card. They keep sending me offers for free premium channels for (6) six months and other nice things. Can you offer me something or anything in order for me to stay with you?? Any type of Incentive to stay with your company... Anything whatsoever?? Looking forward to hearing from you I remain -- undecided -- (thank you)

This is a customer populated forum, not customer support. Even if Directvhelp responds, they aren’t going to offer you anything here. You need to call and say “cancel service”, that will send you to the retention group. They may offer you an incentive to stay.

Customer Retention Department.   Customer Service will be no help, but retention will Usually offer you a 12 Month special to knock down the costs.

Also Max, if you have been with DTV this long, you are addicted, and likely will never be happy with another, especially "Dish".  Been down that road.

Max Cunningham once again. I was a customer since before Direct TV bought out Prime Star! Yes I actually was a loyal "Prime Star" customer. Then direct bought out Prime Star then later on and many,many dollars more...AT&T bought or merged with Direct TV!! Ever how that was done...I stayed with you guys through all those changes!! Is there any reason you don't offer me something or anything to stay with you guys? Or are you to "BIG" to remember it's the little guys like me that kept you going?? With all due respect I anxiously await your answer. Thank you for your services thus far!! It's been nice.
