Is the DirecTV app synced to main account?
I cannot log into the DirecTV app using the same account info that I use when I log into my account on my laptop. It says that I am using the wrong password. So, I went online to my account and reset my password and it is still saying that I am not using the right password.
I cannot get through to customer service. The online chat button just blinks for a second and nothing happens - no chat window opens, no place to send a message. When I call the 855-977-3851 all I get is an automated voice that says, "to continue, press 8." I press 8 and a few seconds later it tells me to press 8, again and again.
How can I watch DirecTV on my Android device?
How do I reach customer service?

Call DIRECTV (true number in my greeting below and provided before by shannon02) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot. You’ll be sent to the sign-in help department where an agent can assist. As this is a public forum of other customers, we can’t assist with account related log in issues.
