Why did  my bill go up $60.00???

Nobody here knows. We're customers like you. Compare your prior bill with the new bill. What line item changed? How long have you been a customer? It's likely that a New Customer promotional price has expired.

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts.  Most likely you new customer discount ended as DTV only increases the base channel rates in Jan with notices of the increase emailed in Oct&Nov.  You can log into your account to compare older bills to the new to find out.
