I need to get my service working properly again. I have made many, many calls and the service still isn't working.
This is a business account and we have two Tv's that keep going in and out I have to reset the boxes all day long just to get them to work. I need a technician to come and resolve this this. What does it take to make this happen??? The address is 4200 Jonesboro Road Union City, GA. 30291. The name of the company is Nalley Chevrolet

DVR/Receiver model numbers?
What exactly is happening? Not sure what 'going in and out' means.

I have to keep resetting the boxes unplug and restart throughout the day to keep the TV's working. I have requested a service call but that has yet to happen. I just need this to be resolved.

That's not the Receiver model number. Look for the label on the rear/bottom panel or near the access card. It will be something like H25, D12, HR54, etc.

0354 is the beginning RID for the H24 receiver, as far as I know. But, OP please confirm the receiver model of BOTH TVs, not the access card or receiver ID.
