I get an error code when logging in.

I tried using my password but it's not accepted.  I tried changing my password but I don't get an email to reset.  You have already drafted my account but I need my account number please.

I get this error code when trying to log in. HELP this has been going on for at least 2 weeks

I am trying to log in is on my desktop using edge. I have tried clearing the cookies and cache. I get the message when I click on the link to login on the internet search.

Try clearing your web cache and/or use a different web browser.

Are you using a VPN? I receive the same error when I have my VPN connected. Even some extensions or blockers can cause the error. Also try using a private or incognito session to see if the results are positive.

Laptop or PC - basically the same. You did not answer my question above. Any extensions, blockers, VPN, etc? Did you try incognito or private window?
