I can't see my equipment or packages on my account
I have signed into my account, but when I click to review my equipment, there is nothing there. In addition, I am unable to see my package. I originally was signed up via AT&T, but when I sign in to that account, it redirects me to Directv account.

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is moving billing and the website over to them and there have been problems.
