I cannot view Satellite account - Keeps logging me out

Every time I log into DirecTV to view my bill, the landing page is a stream account. When I choose my satellite account, I automatically get logged off. Why is this happening?

I have used every browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and device (PC, tablet, phone) I have, even a brand new machine. The same thing keeps happening.

I am having the exact same issue, and have been for days. I cannot view my account details. I do not use streaming. Only satellite. I’ve spent loads of time in chat and on the phone to get help and to no avail. Got an email today saying I had signed up for equipment protection which I did not. About ready to axe this service.
